The app, "Bounce Patrol: Nursery Rhymes", has its own privacy policy at privacy.bouncepatrol.app.

This website

We don't run analytics on this site, and we don't set cookies or tracking pixels of our own. Nothing here knows who you are until you type something in.

The newsletter form

If you sign up we store the email address you type and which page you signed up from, so we can email you when we have something we think you'd want to know about: a new song, a live show, something in the shop. We don't send it to anyone else, and we don't use it for anything else. Ask us and we'll delete it.

The contact form

This opens your own email app with the message pre-filled. Nothing is sent to us until you press send in your email app, and then we simply receive an email from you.

Buying a gift card

Payment is handled by Stripe, so we never see your card number. Stripe collects your email address to send you a receipt, under their own policy.

When a payment succeeds we keep a record of the order: the reference Stripe gives it, the gift code we issued, the email address that code was sent to, the amount, and the country the order came from. We keep it so we can help if a code goes missing, and we use the email address to send the code and for nothing else.

If you ask us to send the card straight to the person it is for, we use the address you give us once, to send them the code. Anything else you type, their name, your name, and your message, is used only to write that email.

Buying a backpack or plushie

The backpack and plushie are paid for through Stripe as well, and posted within Australia. Stripe collects your name, email address and delivery address and passes them to us, so we can post your order and help if something goes wrong. We keep that record, with what you bought, for as long as we need it for posting, returns and our tax records, and we don't use it for anything else.

Personalised video messages

Ordered on our video-message site, never from inside the app. We only collect the details you give us to make the video message: your child's name, the occasion and so on. If you record how to say your child's name, we delete that recording 30 days after the video is delivered. Payment is handled by Stripe, and your email address is used to send the unlock code. Order details and the video are deleted from our servers after two years. The code that unlocks the video in the app is deactivated 30 days after it's first used, and can be reactivated on request.

Other companies

Some pages load things from elsewhere, which will see your visit under their own policies: Google Fonts, and the App Store and Google Play badges.
